In Luke 10

I find what matters to Jesus;

1-16

"the harvest"

(70 sent out)

obedience with humility

17-20

eternal focus

(vs. ministry success)

faith with humility

21-24

”babes”

(vs. "wise and intelligent")

learn with humility

25-37

compassionate, sacrificial ministry

(the Samaritan EMT)

serve with humility

38-42

sitting at Jesus feet

(more than "distracted preparations")

worship with humility

The word humble

comes from the word

humus...earth...dust. 🙃

I need to remember

being human is being dust.
