HIGH and MIGHTY!

The religious leaders who have situated themselves in the high tower of superiority, typically have the illusion that people below them are smaller than they. The more pride they have, the greater the distortion of reality.

Furthermore, there is an illusion of strength due to the advantage of gravity. A stone thrown from this advantaged height proves much more effective than one thrown from below. Plus, the distance minimizes the awareness of any damage or pain.

This carnally distorted perspective can only be corrected by climbing down from the privilege and security of your high and mighty tower to follow Jesus' example and command to wash the feet of your brethren.
